Medication Management

Medication management is a vital component of the service we provide at South Jersey Nurse Practitioners Services. Our board certified and licensed physicians provide ongoing medication monitoring to ensure that all patients respond appropriately and benefit from their medications.

SJNPS physicians are trained to be proficient in current medication regulations and are adept in understanding when dose reductions should be attempted and when they are not in the best interest of the patients. South Jersey Nurse Practitioners Services understands that the elderly are vulnerable to medication side-effects and drug-drug interactions.

We are committed to our medication monitoring program and believe that medications should be prescribed judiciously.
